Refund Policy

Unopened vinyl, CDs, cassettes, and merch can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened media is returnable only when it is defective or damaged in transit.

Email the order number and, for damage, photos of the item and the mailer. Refunds go back to the original payment method after we receive the return, or after we confirm the damage.
