What formats do you ship?

Vinyl LPs, CDs, SACDs, cassettes, singles, and merch that is marked in stock.

What does sold out mean?

The copy is gone. The page stays up so you can see the title and save it.

How do pre-orders work?

Pre-order titles ship when the distributor releases them. The product page names the format and the release window when we have it.

Can I return a record?

Unopened items can be returned within 30 days. If a record arrives damaged, write to us with photos and the order number.
